Explore the historic streets of Hampton, where you can visit the Virginia Air and Space Center for a small fee or stroll through the Hampton History Museum for free. Take a day trip to Virginia Beach, just a short drive away, where you can relax on the sand or rent a bike and explore the boardwalk. End the day with a delicious seafood dinner at one of the many affordable seafood restaurants in the area.

• Check into your hotel at the Red Roof Inn Hampton Coliseum & Convention Center. It's a great budget option and conveniently located.
• Visit the Virginia Air & Space Center. Explore more than 100 exhibits on aviation and space exploration.
• Walk along the downtown waterfront to see the boats at the harbor and take a stroll across the scenic pedestrian bridge.
• Have some seafood and a margarita at the Crab Shack on the James River. The view is stunning!
• End the day with a concert or event at the Hampton Coliseum.
